Sri Kishore Cnandra Mohanty; Chairman

He is a Post Graduate and an eminent social scientist dedicated his 30 years of uninterrupted service for the rural poor in the voluntary sector. Who has the passion for all round development of ST and SC communities and deprived groups in backward districts of Odisha with special expertise to conduct rural and community training program for the women, farmer, PRI & SHG members, teachers, social &health workers, etc. He has also a master trainer for the TOTs.

Sri Purna Chandra Sahoo; Executive Director

He is a Post Graduate in Social Work and an innovative person and having flair of enterprise promotion who is thread of this social development enterprise. A Philanthropist; he has multidimensional exposure spread across various sectors in India. He has been associated with various charitable organizations and social causes aimed at alleviating various social malaise and bridging the gap or disparity in the society through various innovative education, healthcare, livelihood and capacity building since last two decades.He is also actively involved in planting the endangered plant species and valuable medicinal plants collecting from different regions of the country

Sri Gyana Ranjan Samant; member of Governing Board

He is an orthotic prosthetic engineer and has association with different charitable organization and non-profit development organizations. His specialization is to produce artificial limbs to support the divyang persons with low cost budget.

Sri Dibakar Panigrahi; member of Governing Board

He is a Computer Professional and working in print media and has dedication for development of excluded groups. He is enthusiastic and proactive for development of community in backward district in Odisha. He has long association with social development organizations.

Srimati Mina Kumari Pani; member of Governing Board

She is an under graduate, woman rights activist; has association with charitable organizations and committed for promoting education among girls. She has special interest for skill training of women to have a major stake in their families.

Sri Dillip Kumar Jena; member of Governing Board

He is a graduate in social science and has long association in educational institution management and development activities for dalits and backward people having special emphasis for the orphan children and transgender rehabilitation programme.
